some things i believe:
- if you want something, you must deserve it.
- have unshakable, almost unbelievable faith in yourself.
- there's time enough for everything if you do but one thing at a time.
- pain is essential for growth. do mentally and physically harder things everyday.
- a week is the ideal tempo. short enough to have urgency, long enough to get something done.
